I can just hire a freelancer or Shopify partner. Why should I choose ShupKeep?

How many tasks can I submit at once?

You can send us as many tasks as you want, but we will only work on one of the tasks you submit at a time. This lets us make sure all of our clients are getting the highest quality service possible and that work is being completed at an evenly distributed pace.

How long does it take for a task to be completed?

It depends on the type of task. We give you an estimated timeframe of completion in your estimate.

If a task is small and specific, and we estimate a 1-2 hour completion time, it can usually be completed the same day.

Task completion times also depend on the work load we have. Sometimes many task requests will come in at once, which will naturally make completion times longer. You will always be notified if a task will take longer than normal to complete.

When is payment due?

We require 100% of the payment upfront before starting any work.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Do you work on the weekends?

We do, but please do not expect your task request to be completed on Saturdays or Sundays. We reserve weekends for our service maintenance tasks and emergency tasks only.
